- creating clarity about what role(s) you are filling and what the accountabilities of those roles are,

- co-designing the purpose of the team you become a part of with, providing feedback about processes that are being (re-)shaped on a day to day basis.

- With the purpose and principles as your course and compass, with a mentor as your support system and with the clarity created about what is expected of you as participating in a Team or Role.

Within Lionsville we have agreed to the working agreement that everyone works at home for 1 day a week, 3 weeks where your team is (at the customer or at Lionsville) and on Friday we are all at Lionsville.

Practically this means that you commit to making the commute between where you currently live and the office of Lionsville or the customer. This should be a reasonable commute or become reasonable within a period of 3 month of starting your job.
